SB Software, the makers of Vendmanager, appointed Dan Varney, formerly of Revive Vending, to a key new role within the company, client success manager.

 Managing director Simon Black explains: “We have long been known for our diligent customer support team, and its fast and effective response to any customer issues. We plan to keep it that way and also to go further.

“Client Success is all about pre-empting problems before they even arise and helping our customers to achieve their own commercial goals. After all, that is the reason that they invest in Vendmanager in the first place – to make their own business more successful. Dan will be in charge of leading that programme – with the full support of everyone at SBS.”

Dan has long been a hands-on “power-user” of Vendmanager himself – as an operator in his position at Revive with his experience spanning a full range of commercial challenges facing the vending sector.

Dan is in post already and has relocated from Salisbury to Sheffield.
