Global confectionery specialist, The Ferrero Group, is ready to procure Eat Natural, the maker of fine quality cereal bars, toasted muesli and granola.
The Ferrero Group plans to handle and extra construct Eat Natural’s robust emblem authenticity, whilst supporting the corporate with distribution and enlargement to new markets and class segments alternatives.
As a part of the transaction, The Ferrero Group will take over the manufacturing amenities in Halstead, UK, and plans to retain the control and the workers of the companies.
